Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users in connection with the use of the Supalens service (the "Service") provided by Streamize Co., Ltd. (the "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)

"Service" means the online software (SaaS) that provides natural-language querying and analysis, dashboards, alerts, MCP integration, and the like over a database connected by the user. "User" means a member who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)

The Company posts these Terms on the initial screen or the connection screen of the Service. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate applicable laws, and upon amendment will give advance notice specifying the effective date and the reasons.

Article 4 (Provision of the Service)

The Company provides the Service on a year-round basis as a rule, but may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service due to reasons such as system maintenance, malfunction, or force majeure. The Service accesses data connected by the user on a read-only basis, and credentials are stored in encrypted form.

Article 5 (Registration and Account)

Users create an account through social login such as Google or GitHub, or by email. Users must keep their account information up to date and are responsible for managing their account.

Article 6 (Paid Services and Payment)

Payment for paid plans is processed through the payment provider Paddle, and Paddle, as the Merchant of Record, handles billing, taxes such as VAT, and the issuance of invoices on the Company's behalf. Details such as fees and limits follow the pricing information within the Service.

Article 7 (Cancellation and Refund of Subscription)

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from billing management (the customer portal). Matters concerning refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Article 8 (User Obligations and Prohibited Acts)

Users must not access others' data without authorization, or use the Service for purposes that interfere with its normal operation, such as reverse engineering, causing excessive load, or abusive automation. Users must hold lawful authority over the data they connect.

Article 9 (Modification and Suspension of the Service)

The Company may modify or suspend the contents of the Service as required for operational or technical reasons, and will give advance notice of any material change to paid services.

Article 10 (Data and Intellectual Property)

The rights to data connected or entered by the user belong to the user. Intellectual property rights in the Service itself and in content created by the Company belong to the Company.

Article 11 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company limits its liability, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for damages arising from acts of God, the fault of the user or a third party, or failures of connected external services (such as databases and AI providers). The Service is provided "as is."

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute relating to use of the Service shall be brought before the competent court under applicable law as the court of first instance.

Addendum

These Terms take effect on July 3, 2026.
